Planning Bethany's Girl Scout Program

Bethany called in November and asked if Lily could help her give a talk to her Girl Scout troop about dog training and about the job of Service Dogs.

I asked what she would like to show the girls and she sent me the following list:

"Then there are some tricks that i dont know the name of like the one where you drop something and she will pick it up, or the one where she goes under the chairs, and then last but not least the one where you tell her lily no and hold out the treat than when you say yes she can get it."

I have added the following behaviors to our list

Bethany and Rich came down for a sleepover to make her final plans and to practice.

Bethany has been working with Lily since Lily was a puppy
and she is a good little trainer.
Here she takes Lily through all the behaviors that she has selected for her program.
Each bracelet has the name of a different behavior on it.

There are 12 girls in the troop, so Bethany plans for 12 circuits around the circle.
Lily will get plenty of opportunity to practice her Lazy Leash.
And practice getting passed off to another handler with good manners.

Bethany develops her own variation of Monkey in the Middle.
And then explains it to her dad.

Bethany helps Rich to cue all 12 behaviors.
